Onsite Technician – 1st/2nd Level Support

About the role

Everience is looking for an Onsite Technician to provide first and second‑level support for workstations, mobile devices and related infrastructure. You will work directly with clients, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and peripheral equipment while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑level support for desktops, laptops, iPads and iPhones.
• Install, replace, relocate or remove infrastructure components such as monitors, printers, scanners and docking stations.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software incidents on Windows PCs and Office applications.
• Handle software issues on mobile devices and support local network printer systems.
• Receive, inventory, prepare and install spare parts, providing clear feedback to customers.
• Monitor production environment dashboards, KPIs and improve documentation and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of onsite IT support and customer‑care experience.
• Fluent in English and French, with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, analytical mindset and a desire to continuously learn.
• Organised, independent and pragmatic with a hands‑on approach.

Required skills

• Windows operating system.
• Microsoft Office 2016 and Office 365.
• Mobile device support (iPad, iPhone).
• Email and collaboration tools, especially MS Teams.
• Inventory monitoring, dashboard creation and KPI tracking.
• Basic Apple iOS knowledge.
• ITIL‑based incident and request management, ticketing systems.
• Experience in large‑enterprise IT environments.
