Onsite Technician – 1st/2nd Level Support

About the role

Everience is looking for an Onsite Technician to provide first and second level support for workstations, mobile devices and related infrastructure. You will work directly with clients, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and peripheral equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd level support for desktops, laptops, iPads and iPhones.
• Install, replace, relocate or remove infrastructure components such as monitors, printers, scanners and docking stations.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software incidents on Windows and Apple devices.
• Manage inventory of devices and spare parts, prepare installations and provide feedback to customers.
• Monitor production environment through dashboards and KPIs, and improve related procedures and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of onsite IT support experience in a large enterprise.
• Fluent in English and French with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude, analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
• Motivation to learn, improve processes and collaborate within a team.

Required skills

• Windows operating system.
• Microsoft Office 2016 and Office 365.
• MS Teams and other collaboration tools.
• Mobile services (iPad, iPhone) and basic Apple iPhone knowledge.
• ITIL ticket tracking processes.
• Dashboard reporting and KPI monitoring.
• Inventory management of end‑user devices.
