Medior Project Manager – Part‑Time (50%)

About the role

We are looking for an Intermediate Freelance Project Manager to support a prestigious European institution that finances strategic projects across the EU. The role is part‑time (50%) and focuses on aligning digital roadmaps with the Group’s transformation ambitions while monitoring risks and ensuring effective governance.

Key responsibilities

• Report on VC visions, business vision, digital storylines and roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic transformation goals.
• Organise and prepare monthly Value Chain Committee (VCC) meetings, manage agendas, documentation and follow‑up actions.
• Maintain stakeholder lists, action logs and make VCC outputs available via MS Teams and VC Smartsite.
• Coordinate capacity and budget requests, support budget preparation and monitor budget utilisation.
• Facilitate demand‑management processes, maintain the VC Projects Catalogue and roadmap, and provide regular progress reports.
• Conduct quality controls on the demand pipeline and propose improvements to the Demand Management Tool.
• Manage change‑management reporting and communication within the Value Chain.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management within a financial or institutional environment.
• Strong ability to coordinate governance meetings and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with budgeting, capacity planning and demand‑management processes.
• Excellent analytical skills to monitor risks, issues and pipeline performance.
