Marketing Project Lead

About the role

This fully remote position is based in Luxembourg and sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, project leadership, and client success. You will act as the primary orchestrator between multiple brands and internal teams, translating business goals into actionable marketing plans that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead end‑to‑end marketing strategies for assigned clients, defining priorities, roadmaps, KPIs and execution plans.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, leading strategic discussions, managing expectations and delivering data‑informed recommendations.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure quality, timely delivery, and alignment across campaigns.
• Monitor performance, track KPIs and provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders.
• Manage scope, resolve challenges and maintain accountability across contributors.
• Support continuous improvement of processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management, project leadership, account management or client‑facing marketing roles.
• Proven ability to build marketing strategies, define KPIs and create execution roadmaps.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts or brands simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills with the ability to influence decisions and build trust.
• Solid background in budgeting, reporting and performance tracking.
• Highly organized, problem‑solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
