Marketing Manager – UK Grocery Retail Market (Food FMCG)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the UK and Ireland grocery retail strategy for a recognised international FMCG company. Based at the company’s headquarters in Luxembourg, you will work in a highly international environment with full visa support and relocation assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans for the UK and Ireland markets in line with corporate strategy.
• Analyse market figures, consumer attitudes and trends to inform decisions.
• Create and produce communication campaigns across offline and online media, including point‑of‑sale materials.
• Collaborate with the digital team to execute digital communication initiatives.
• Define media plans and manage relationships with creative, media and events agencies.
• Organise and manage events, and support the sales team with brand presentations.
• Monitor performance, budget pacing and optimise investments to meet targets.
• Present results and marketing plans to senior leadership.
• Lead and develop a junior team member supporting marketing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communication.
• 7‑8 years of marketing experience within FMCG companies.
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics.
• Proactive, curious and passionate about delivering market success.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of IRI database.
• Advanced knowledge of Nielsen database.
