Marketing Manager (Payments & Fintech)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution for key brands within a payments and fintech environment based in Luxembourg. The role combines strategic planning, operational leadership and hands‑on campaign delivery, working closely with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned brands, defining priorities, KPIs, roadmaps and growth initiatives.
• Act as the primary contact for brands and stakeholders, leading strategic discussions and providing industry‑focused recommendations.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, coordinating internal resources and external agencies to meet timelines, quality standards and business objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets, track performance and produce clear reporting on results and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor key performance indicators to ensure alignment with broader commercial goals.
• Apply payments‑industry knowledge, including compliance, regulatory messaging, merchant acquiring, chargebacks and risk management, to all marketing activities.
• Review marketing claims and materials for industry compliance and accuracy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management, leadership or client‑project services, preferably within payments or fintech.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands or accounts simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and the capacity to work autonomously without extensive supervision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
