Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

Realiz is looking for a hands‑on Marketing & Communications Manager to raise the company’s profile with investors, partners and issuers. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of events, digital channels, website content and newsletters, working directly with the founders in a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage participation in conferences and regional forums, from selection to logistics and lead capture.
• Own LinkedIn and other social channels, create and schedule posts, grow the audience and ensure compliant messaging.
• Maintain and populate the CRM, website and project pages with accurate, up‑to‑date content.
• Update website pages, project listings and coordinate larger changes with developers or partners.
• Write, design and distribute regular newsletters to investors, partners and prospects, tracking engagement metrics.
• Keep CRM data clean, manage the content calendar and handle marketing‑related admin and supplier relationships.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in B2B, financial services, fintech or a startup/scale‑up.
• Fluent, business‑grade English (written and spoken) – essential.
• Eligibility to work in Luxembourg or elsewhere in the EU.
• Highly organised, autonomous and comfortable operating as a one‑person team.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing‑automation platform.
• Proficiency with a website CMS.
• Management of LinkedIn and other social media channels.
• CRM data management and email‑newsletter tools.
• Basic design skills using Canva or Figma.
