Marketing & Communication Trainee

About the role

Join Swiss Life Group’s Marketing & Communication team as a trainee and gain hands‑on experience in a truly international environment. You will support brand‑building initiatives, create engaging content, and help organise events that connect with global audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementing and monitoring the external and internal communication editorial plan.
• Create, write and design content for social media, websites, video and other channels.
• Support concept development, organisation and logistics of corporate and networking events, both virtual and in‑person.
• Design and review communication materials such as visuals, infographics and presentations, ensuring brand consistency.
• Update and maintain sales support materials (brochures, newsletters) and internal documents.
• Coordinate reporting tasks required by the Group.
• Provide support for initiatives like Brandvocate and Employer Branding.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Available for a full‑time internship (minimum 6 months) or part‑time alternance (10‑12 months) starting around July.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of French or other local languages is a plus.
• Team‑player with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a creative, adaptable mindset.
