Manual Software Tester (Mid-level / Senior)

About the role

We are seeking a Manual Software Tester to join a client team in Luxembourg within a European institutional environment. Working in an Agile setting, you will help ensure the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications through comprehensive manual testing.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scenarios for web and mobile applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration and exploratory testing.
• Identify, document and track defects, collaborating closely with developers for timely resolution.
• Support performance and load testing activities as needed.
• Maintain and update test documentation and test suites as applications evolve.
• Work with business stakeholders and project teams to validate functional requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong background in manual testing of web and/or mobile applications.
• Good understanding of Agile testing methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Jira for test and defect management.
• Xray for test and defect management.
• SQL for data validation and testing activities.
• Agile testing practices.
