Manager, Prudential and Financial Risk

About the role

The Manager, Prudential and Financial Risk strengthens the Second Line of Defense oversight over Treasury operations and balance‑sheet management while contributing to the broader Enterprise Risk Management framework.

Key responsibilities

• Provide independent, robust prudential challenge to Treasury activities, including cash management, investment portfolio oversight, funding strategies and the Contingency Funding Plan.
• Collaborate closely with Treasury, Finance and Group Risk stakeholders to ensure effective risk governance.
• Support the development and enhancement of the Risk Appetite Framework.
• Contribute to the materiality risk assessment framework and integrate geopolitical risk considerations.
• Help mature the overall risk governance of the organization.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Treasury operations and balance‑sheet management.
• Experience working within Enterprise Risk Management or related risk functions.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Finance, Treasury and Group Risk teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on risk oversight and governance.
