Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Logistics Coordinator you will manage daily logistics activities, ensuring shipments are executed on time, cost‑effectively, and with accurate documentation. You will act as the key liaison between warehouses, suppliers, and customers to guarantee smooth international transport.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate economical and timely shipments with warehouse and internal teams.
• Prepare invoices, customs documents, manifests, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Arrange direct shipments from suppliers to customers and verify all paperwork.
• Audit freight bills for correct customer and warranty charges and authorize payments.
• Handle documentation for hazardous‑material shipments and stay current on international shipping regulations.
• Develop and support EDI connections with freight carriers.
• Design new logistics forms and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Education in technical sales, logistics, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in customer service, customs, traffic, or international transport.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Solid technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
