Logistics Coordinator – International Shipments

About the role

As a Logistics Coordinator you will manage daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost‑effective shipments while maintaining accurate documentation. You will act as the primary liaison between the warehouse, suppliers, and customers to guarantee smooth international transport.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate economical and on‑time shipments with warehouse and internal teams.
• Prepare invoices, customs documents, manifests, bills of lading and certificates of origin.
• Arrange direct shipments from suppliers to customers and verify all paperwork.
• Audit freight bills, authorize payments and ensure correct warranty charges.
• Handle hazardous material shipment documentation and stay current with international shipping regulations.
• Develop and support EDI connections with freight carriers.
• Design new logistics forms and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Education in technical sales, logistics or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in customer service, customs, or international transport.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
