Digital Supply Chain Development Manager

About the role

Ferrero is seeking a Digital Supply Chain Development Manager to join its Digital Supply Chain cluster at the Luxembourg headquarters. The role will drive the implementation of cutting‑edge cognitive technologies across global supply chain processes, helping the business shift from manual to automated, value‑added activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transformational initiatives that explore and implement RPA, AI, and Machine Learning solutions across the end‑to‑end supply chain.
• Conduct comprehensive process‑mapping analyses of warehouse, customs, and customer‑service workflows, documenting current state and identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Support the SC Analytics workstream by defining transportation and warehouse KPIs and designing real‑time operative dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT, external consultants, and technology vendors to evaluate solutions, run proof‑of‑concepts, and ensure successful roll‑out.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders to guarantee global alignment and best‑practice sharing.
• Facilitate change‑management activities to enable smooth adoption of new automated processes.

Required profile

• Background in Supply Chain, Logistics or Engineering with at least 8 years of FMCG experience.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with digital technologies such as AI, RPA and Machine Learning.
• Analytical mindset with structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in process mapping and documentation.
