Logistics Coordinator – International Shipping & Documentation

About the role

As a Logistics Coordinator you will manage daily logistics operations, ensuring shipments are executed on time, cost‑effectively and with accurate documentation. You will act as the main liaison between the warehouse, customers and freight carriers, supporting both routine and hazardous material shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate economical and timely shipments with warehouse and internal teams.
• Prepare invoices, customs documents, manifests, bills of lading and certificates of origin.
• Arrange direct shipments from suppliers to customers and verify all paperwork.
• Review customer invoices for accuracy before dispatch.
• Audit freight bills, authorize payments and ensure correct warranty charges.
• Handle documentation for hazardous material shipments and stay current on international shipping regulations.
• Develop and support EDI connections with freight carriers.
• Design new logistics forms and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Education in technical sales, logistics or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in customer service, customs, traffic department or international transport.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Technical and mechanical aptitude with good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
