Lending Officer – Execution (f/m/x)

About the role

The Lending Officer (Execution) will support Deutsche Bank’s global lending franchise from its European hub in Luxembourg. Working closely with Sales Lending Officers and Wealth Management Relationship Managers, you will help structure, document and administer a wide range of credit transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution and portfolio management of credit transactions, ensuring they meet commercial and risk criteria.
• Document approved deals in line with regulatory, legal and operational standards, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Administer the credit book throughout the transaction life‑cycle, including annual reviews and condition management.
• Collaborate with Risk Management, Legal and Sales teams to deliver timely condition fulfilment.
• Contribute to the improvement of local processes and participate in global lending projects as needed.

Required profile

• University‑level degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in wealth‑management related lending or credit functions.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, financial instruments and contractual matters.
• Analytical, communication and administrative abilities with a focus on risk identification and mitigation.
