Legal Secretary – Dynamic and Respectful Law Firm

About the role

Join a prestigious, globally‑active law firm as a Legal Secretary. You will support partners and counsel across banking, finance, corporate, tax and litigation matters, ensuring smooth administrative operations in a fast‑paced yet balanced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage direct communication via phone and email with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Draft legal documents following lawyers’ instructions.
• Organise business trips, prepare itineraries and travel arrangements for partners and counsel.
• Maintain internal and external registers, filing systems and document archives.
• Schedule and manage lawyers’ diaries and appointments.
• Perform scanning, printing and filing tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a legal secretary in a Luxembourg law firm.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Dynamic, proactive and able to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
