Lawyer, Investment Funds

About the role

Join a leading global investment funds practice that operates across key jurisdictions, including Luxembourg, Paris, Munich, New York, Hong Kong and London. You will advise fund initiators, managers, banks and other industry participants on a wide range of investment fund matters, with a focus on real estate, private equity, debt, infrastructure and venture capital.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on structuring, establishing and promoting regulated and unregulated investment vehicles.
• Support fundraising, carry structures and relationships with service providers.
• Handle day‑to‑day operational and regulatory issues for funds and management companies.
• Work on managed accounts, co‑investment structures, secondary transactions and fund reorganisations.
• Draft, analyse and negotiate legal documentation for fund transactions.
• Participate in legal and compliance projects for major institutional investors and asset managers.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in investment funds, asset management or related legal practice.
• Commercially minded with the ability to build effective client relationships.
• Willingness to collaborate across multiple offices and develop a professional network.
