Junior Tech Talent – 18‑Month Rotational Programme

About the role

Join Pictet Tech’s Excellence track, an 18‑month rotational programme designed for recent graduates with 0‑2 years of experience. You will work across multiple IT domains, gaining hands‑on experience in cloud solutions, cybersecurity, data analytics, and UX/UI development while collaborating with experts in Geneva, Portugal and Luxembourg.

Key responsibilities

• Research, design, build and maintain reliable cloud‑based applications and infrastructure using Microsoft and Unix environments.
• Optimize platforms, standards and practices in close partnership with developers, infrastructure engineers, cybersecurity experts and risk managers.
• Support innovation, data‑analytics and cybersecurity projects that align with the Group’s strategy.
• Experiment with new technologies, fostering a culture of innovation.
• Explore and contribute to AI and Machine‑Learning initiatives to improve cloud platforms and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• University degree (undergraduate or postgraduate) with a strong interest in computer science.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Highly proficient in English (written and spoken); additional languages such as French or Portuguese are a plus.
