Junior Licensing Product Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Licensing Product Development Manager to support the Licensing Product Development Manager and the commercial team in bringing new products, toys, packaging, advertising and digital assets to market across all Ferrero brands.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the global product development process from concept to final approval.
• Upload artwork to licensor platforms (OPA, BrandComply, Mediabox, LAS) and keep internal systems (PLM, Wave, SAP) up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, GTO, PG, STedi, Digital, PFMs, local units) and external partners (licensors, agencies).
• Ensure samples are delivered for licensor sign‑off and that all outputs follow brand style guides.
• Gather and share market and creative insights to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in an FMCG or marketing environment.
• Familiarity with fast‑paced project timelines and licensing processes (a plus).
• Strong communication, influencing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work across different markets and cultures.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
