Junior Financial Controller – Real Assets Funds (VIE, 12 months)

About the role

You will join Mirova's Real Assets Operations and Reporting team in Luxembourg as a Junior Fund Controller on a 12‑month V.I.E. program starting January 2027. Working closely with an experienced fund controller, you will gradually take responsibility for monitoring a portfolio of private‑asset funds.

Key responsibilities

• Enter cash‑flow transactions on both asset and liability sides of funds into eFront.
• Prepare loan schedules and participate in investment committee meetings.
• Monitor fund cash‑flow activities such as disbursements, capital calls and distributions.
• Liaise with fund custodians, accountants and auditors.
• Track fund expenses, verify management data during valuation exercises, and produce net asset values (NAVs).
• Perform cash and securities reconciliations.
• Support periodic fund reporting and respond to investor‑relations requests.
• Assist the Head of Operations Luxembourg in financial, legal and administrative management of the subsidiary, including regulatory calendar monitoring.
• Contribute to cross‑departmental projects on fund data management and AI applications.

Required profile

• Eligible for the V.I.E. program.
• Recent graduate in finance, accounting or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in an international, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the eFront fund‑management platform.
