Junior Compliance and Corporate Officer

About the role

Our client, a fully licensed AIFM located in Contern, Luxembourg, is seeking a proactive Junior Compliance and Corporate Officer. The role offers broad exposure to corporate administration and compliance within an international investment‑management environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare incorporation and formation documents, including amendments, mergers and dissolutions.
• Draft board and shareholder resolutions and related corporate documentation.
• Support governance and housekeeping of more than 140 legal entities, including inter‑company financing arrangements.
• Prepare and coordinate board and investor meetings, manage follow‑up actions and take minutes.
• Manage filings with Luxembourg business registers (RCS, RBE).
• Liaise with corporate service providers, auditors, notaries and other third parties on corporate and legal matters.
• Maintain corporate records, databases and statutory registers.
• Support AML/KYC onboarding and periodic review processes for investors, counterparties and service providers.

Required profile

• First experience in Luxembourg corporate administration, compliance, AML/KYC or a related field, or a recent graduate with an internship in Luxembourg.
• Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Law, Business Administration or equivalent apprenticeship as a notary clerk.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality awareness.
• Genuine interest in Luxembourg corporate governance and AML/CFT matters.
• Valid Luxembourg work permit required.
