Junior Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst with strong English skills (C1) to join a large‑scale financial transformation project. The position is hybrid, with 40% of the time working off‑site, and offers the chance to work alongside senior analysts on a new ERP implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior analysts in gathering, documenting and structuring business requirements.
• Produce clear documentation such as business process maps, functional requirements, use cases and process descriptions.
• Participate in workshops, capture discussions and decisions, and organise inputs from multiple stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing project deliverables and ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and traceable.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams and programme managers across finance‑related streams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, project support or a similar role.
• Proven ability to produce structured business documentation and support workshops.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level).
