Business Analyst

About the role

Amazon’s University Talent Acquisition Team is looking for recent graduates to join its core consumer business as Business Analysts. The role offers exposure to business intelligence, retail and seller services teams, allowing you to develop analytical skills while impacting Amazon’s operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with operational, finance, retail and technical teams to identify opportunities, build business cases and measure outcomes.
• Analyze large volumes of data and complex business processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Utilize business intelligence tools and integrate data from multiple sources to uncover strategic insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver results that enhance business inputs and outputs.

Required profile

• Final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, or graduated within the last 12 months, in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong analytical, planning, prioritisation and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to communicate efficiently.
• Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, planning, product/project management, marketing, consulting, negotiation or supply chain is a plus.
