Junior Associate Lawyer – Investment Funds

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Associate Lawyer to join the Investment Funds & Private Equity team of a leading independent European corporate law firm in Luxembourg. The role offers the chance to work on sophisticated investment fund transactions for an international client base while developing expertise in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate corporate and investment fund documentation, including issuing documents, articles of association, shareholder and partnership agreements.
• Assist clients with structuring and ongoing management of investment fund vehicles.
• Conduct legal research on Luxembourg and cross‑border legislation, regulations and case law.
• Collaborate with international clients and colleagues on complex transactions and projects.
• Contribute to the development of the practice and client relationships.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience as a jurist or qualified lawyer in Luxembourg, specializing in investment funds law.
• Registered, or in the process of registering, with the Luxembourg Bar or an equivalent EU bar.
• Strong organisational, communication, drafting and analytical abilities.
• Motivated, proactive and flexible team player with a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); additional languages such as French are a plus.
