Junior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Accountant to join our international finance team in Luxembourg. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop your accounting skills in a dynamic, multicultural environment while supporting the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Process, review and accurately record supplier invoices in the accounting system.
• Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping of bank transactions and ensure records are up to date.
• Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to support smooth financial operations.
• Maintain well‑organized and compliant accounting documentation.
• Assist the Senior Accountant in preparing and coordinating the annual external audit.
• Support the finance team in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of accounting information.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or administration department.
• Strong attention to detail, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Team player who can work effectively with diverse colleagues.
• Fluent in Spanish and/or English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Business Central ERP.
• Good proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Lux GAAP (advantageous).
