Java Developer – Microservices & DevOps (Luxembourg)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to design, build and maintain micro‑service based solutions for the financial regulator. The role involves working within a Scrum team to deliver high‑quality software on a continuous‑deployment platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve Java micro‑services using Spring, Spring Boot and related technologies.
• Participate in technical analyses and propose tools that meet business stakeholder needs.
• Ensure security‑by‑design, compliance with corporate frameworks and provide ongoing maintenance.
• Implement unit tests, automate testing pipelines and guarantee consistent delivery flow.
• Write and keep up‑to‑date technical documentation and share knowledge within the team.
• Collaborate on CSSF projects following Scrum and agile best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional object‑oriented development experience.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD and agile methodologies.
• Experience in the financial sector or with open‑source solutions is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English; Luxembourgish or German beneficial.
