IT Manager – Commercial & Industrial Sector

About the role

Our client, a well‑established player in the commercial and industrial sector, is seeking an IT Manager to lead IT operations and projects across sales, supply‑chain and multiple industrial sites. The role ensures reliable, continuous IT services while strengthening cybersecurity and supporting digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver the IT roadmap, budget and priorities.
• Manage infrastructure and support, including networks, servers, endpoints, Microsoft 365, backups, and incident/change management.
• Lead applications and projects such as ERP, CRM, system integrations, digitalisation initiatives and reporting.
• Drive cybersecurity and compliance, covering patching, EDR, access control/MFA, BCP/DRP and GDPR.
• Oversee internal and external resources, vendor contracts and service‑level agreements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in a multi‑site or industrial environment.
• Strong background in infrastructure and project delivery, especially ERP/CRM implementations.
• Pragmatic leader with a service mindset and proven stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required; French is a plus.
