Internship – Marketing & Communication

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Communication intern to join our team in Luxembourg. The role offers a hands‑on experience in internal communication, digital marketing and multimedia production within an international engineering company.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt content for internal communication channels.
• Support people‑focused initiatives and organise internal and external events.
• Prepare presentations and visual material for meetings and webinars.
• Assist the team with digital marketing, social‑media activities and AI‑related communication.
• Manage the company intranet and other communication platforms on a daily basis.
• Produce, edit and publish videos, and occasionally design graphics.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a marketing, communications, public relations or related study program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Highly organised, able to multitask and work independently.
• Creative, result‑oriented and comfortable with fast‑paced teamwork.
• Available for a minimum of four months.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Video‑editing abilities.
• Familiarity with social‑media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Basic graphic‑design knowledge (InDesign or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
