Commercial Communication Specialist

About the role

ArcelorMittal Europe is seeking a Commercial Communication Specialist to join its communications team during a pivotal period of decarbonisation. You will help translate the company’s sustainability strategy into compelling market‑focused communications that highlight steel as the material of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing teams to turn business strategies into segment‑ and product‑specific communication plans.
• Promote the company’s expertise, innovation, leadership and decarbonisation efforts across multiple media channels.
• Coordinate webinars, customer events and trade‑fair participation, including content creation and logistics.
• Source, draft scripts and produce promotional articles and materials in both print and digital formats.
• Manage and rebrand the industry website, creating and updating content for the Home and Industry sections.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of autonomous project‑management experience in marketing or communications.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi‑stakeholder projects in a global, cross‑cultural environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills with strong deadline management.
• Flexibility to reprioritise according to changing objectives.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
