Inbound Carrier Manager – EU (Luxembourg)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, analytical and customer‑obsessed Inbound Carrier Manager to shape Amazon’s inbound carrier management in Europe. Based at our EU headquarters in Luxembourg, you will drive the operational setup, performance monitoring and strategic growth of managed carriers to meet service, cost and scalability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define inbound operations strategy aligned with Amazon Freight expansion while maintaining strong carrier relationships.
• Deliver inbound KPIs, conduct root‑cause analysis, design and implement solutions.
• Achieve fixed and variable cost targets through procurement and peak‑period planning.
• Manage a preferred carrier portfolio, ensuring efficiency, compliance and adherence to operational standards.
• Lead internal support teams, building processes and tools for scalable operations.
• Develop risk‑management strategies and execute contingency plans during peak periods.
• Communicate program status, risks and resolutions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with upstream, downstream and cross‑functional teams to eliminate systematic failures and improve inbound service consistency.

Required profile

• Experience in program or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets with Microsoft Excel.
