About the role
Join the HR team at Deutsche Börse Group as an HR Generalist Intern. You will work in a diverse, dynamic environment, supporting daily HR activities across the employee life‑cycle while gaining hands‑on experience in HR administration, onboarding, and time management.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with HR administration tasks, including onboarding new joiners and managing employee records.
- Support the HR ticketing system and respond to employee inquiries about holidays, sickness, and other HR topics.
- Prepare HR documents such as work certificates, contract amendments, health‑insurance affiliations, and A1 certificates.
- Handle sickness processes and leave requests, including verification of medical certificates and approvals in SAP.
- Update HR systems, compile working‑time statistics, and contribute to the internship guide.
Required profile
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s/Master’s program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology or a related field.
- Motivated, dynamic, and able to adapt quickly in a complex environment.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English; French or German is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using SAP for HR processes.
