HR Generalist Internship – Dynamic HR Team

About the role

Join the HR team at Deutsche Börse Group as an HR Generalist Intern. You will work in a diverse, dynamic environment, supporting daily HR activities across the employee life‑cycle while gaining hands‑on experience in HR administration, onboarding, and time management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with HR administration tasks, including onboarding new joiners and managing employee records.
• Support the HR ticketing system and respond to employee inquiries about holidays, sickness, and other HR topics.
• Prepare HR documents such as work certificates, contract amendments, health‑insurance affiliations, and A1 certificates.
• Handle sickness processes and leave requests, including verification of medical certificates and approvals in SAP.
• Update HR systems, compile working‑time statistics, and contribute to the internship guide.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s/Master’s program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology or a related field.
• Motivated, dynamic, and able to adapt quickly in a complex environment.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English; French or German is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using SAP for HR processes.
