About the role
You will support the management, analysis and reporting of HR data, providing People & Organisation stakeholders with reliable insights and data‑driven input for decision‑making. Working within the HR People Services team, you will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, IT and Group counterparts to ensure data quality and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day HR data activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency across HR systems.
- Monitor and perform data checks, reconciliations and corrections.
- Contribute to data quality controls, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Produce and maintain HR dashboards, KPIs and reports (e.g., FTEs, workforce movements, absences, attrition).
- Deliver regular and ad‑hoc reports for internal, Group, Finance and governance purposes.
- Ensure consistency of definitions, metrics and data sources across reporting.
- Support HR system enhancements, testing activities and data validation.
- Review and improve HR reporting templates and processes, proposing simplifications and standardisation.
- Assist in developing self‑service HR reporting solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in data, HR, finance, business or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, HR operations or a similar function.
- Strong affinity with numbers, data and reporting, with solid analytical and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple data sources and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and French.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
- Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Microsoft Word.
- Data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
