HR Business Partner – Porto Office

About the role

Arendt Investor Services is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its Porto office. You will lead a wide range of HR activities, ensuring effective talent acquisition, development, and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage talent acquisition, defining and executing recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
• Organise and coordinate employee training sessions and provide relevant reporting.
• Design onboarding strategies and support new hires, including interns, throughout their first year.
• Develop career paths, identify high‑potential employees and coordinate talent‑management initiatives.
• Guide managers and employees through performance assessments, goal setting and salary reviews.
• Act as a key point of contact for employee relations, advising on HR matters and conflict resolution.
• Prepare payroll inputs, liaise with external payroll provider and ensure timely salary payments.
• Conduct exit interviews and deliver insights for continuous improvement.
• Provide regular HR reports to Business Unit heads and the HR Director.
• Lead and contribute to cross‑functional HR projects to enhance organisational effectiveness.

Required profile

• 10 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role, preferably within a service‑provider environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
