Head of Corporate Communication

About the role

The Head of Corporate Communication will lead internal and external communication activities for BIL, a historic Luxembourg bank. Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer, the role ensures consistent messaging, strengthens stakeholder relationships, and supports the bank’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate communication support for corporate events, sponsorships, partnerships and community initiatives.
• Develop and disseminate press releases, media statements, corporate announcements and other external content.
• Oversee publication of corporate content across the website and social‑media channels in alignment with branding.
• Support media engagement, including interview coordination, briefing preparation and spokesperson support.
• Monitor media coverage, analyse performance metrics and provide improvement recommendations.
• Contribute to reputation management and crisis communication response.
• Design and execute internal communication plans that align with business priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate communications within a large organization.
• Strong relationship‑building, project‑management and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work closely with branding, marketing and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
