Head of Commerce Capability Growth

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Commerce Capability Growth to lead the development and adoption of connected commerce services across EMEA for VML Luxembourg. The role will shape the vision for integrated brand experiences on Amazon and other marketplaces, driving revenue growth for our top clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution of organic growth opportunities across EMEA, targeting 10% YoY growth with the top 12 clients.
• Lead the development and scaling of VML’s marketplace offering.
• Accelerate performance in the top five EMEA markets and manage the community of practice.
• Support client pitches and expand capabilities to achieve an additional 10% YoY growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed commerce capabilities into broader client engagements.

Required profile

• Dynamic and experienced professional with a proven track record in commerce growth.
• Strong leadership skills to drive capability building and market enablement across multiple countries.
• Excellent strategic thinking and ability to influence senior client stakeholders.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in Amazon marketplace consulting.
• Experience managing PPC and programmatic advertising campaigns.
• Ability to create and optimise multilingual content for e‑commerce listings.
