Guest Experience Officer

About the role

As a Guest Experience Officer you will be the welcoming face of Silversquare, turning a coworking space into a thriving community. You will ensure the environment is always ready for members, blend hospitality with business awareness, and help grow the location’s occupancy.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact, greeting members, managing coffee, lighting and overall ambience.
• Maintain operational excellence by handling mail, coordinating meeting‑room setups, and liaising with maintenance and cleaning teams.
• Facilitate community building through networking events, feedback collection and member engagement activities.
• Support business growth by conducting tours, upselling meeting rooms and identifying new lead opportunities.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented and genuinely enjoys helping people.
• Service‑first mindset combined with commercial awareness.
• Fluent in French and English; German or Luxembourgish is a strong plus.
• Background in hospitality, coworking, high‑end retail or customer service.
