Growth Marketing & Business Operations Associate

About the role

R3 Robotics is looking for a Growth Marketing & Business Operations Associate to own the execution of its marketing activities and support CRM operations. Based in Luxembourg, you will help tell the company’s story across digital channels while keeping commercial data clean, actionable, and ready for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage R3’s LinkedIn presence and broader social media channels, drafting, scheduling and publishing content.
• Support SEO initiatives through keyword research, on‑page optimisation, content planning and performance tracking.
• Create and schedule marketing content, and assist with event and campaign communications.
• Maintain HubSpot data hygiene, generate reports and build pipeline dashboards.
• Execute the lead funnel: identify MQLs, apply scoring, run nurture sequences and hand‑off qualified leads to the commercial team.
• Analyse marketing and commercial data, turning metrics into clear insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers when required.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of experience in a marketing role; communications or operations experience is a plus.
• Comfortable drafting independent content and handling website tools and social media.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to translate numbers into actionable insights.
• Fluent English; German or French is a plus.

• HubSpot CRM experience.
• SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush.
• LinkedIn and broader social media management.
• Website content management tools.
• Data analysis and reporting.
