Graduate KYC/Compliance Analyst – Luxembourg

About the role

The European Investment Bank (EIB) is looking for a Graduate KYC/Compliance Analyst to join its Joint Middle Office (JMO) – Counterparty Management/KYC Centre of Expertise Division in Luxembourg. You will be mentored by experienced compliance professionals, work on real‑world projects, and gain exposure to a wide range of counterparties across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess and follow‑up on compliance risks related to new and existing counterparties.
• Support the implementation of KYC processes and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) procedures.
• Organise and establish work procedures, contributing to improvement initiatives such as the Client Lifecycle Management System and Group Client Portal.
• Collaborate with various Bank units to ensure adherence to AML/CFT, sanctions and integrity requirements.
• Potentially rotate to other JMO activities based on business needs.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Finance, Law, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest in compliance, risk management and financial regulation.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, international environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Luxembourg and work on‑site.
