Global Marketing Manager – Next Generation Products

About the role

We are a family‑owned Luxembourgish FMCG company seeking a Global Marketing Manager for Next Generation Products (NGP). You will lead the creation of brand communication toolkits, visual identity, and activation playbooks, ensuring consistent brand expression while allowing local market flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Define brand positioning, design direction, and visual identity guidelines for NGP.
• Develop campaign concepts, key visuals, and activation playbooks.
• Brief and coordinate creative and production agencies.
• Lead cross‑market activation projects and manage trade events from concept to on‑site delivery.
• Create POSM and merchandising concepts and toolkits.
• Support markets and export partners during local roll‑out.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in brand management, activation, trade marketing, or creative marketing.
• Background in FMCG; experience in regulated categories is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead creative processes and manage complex projects.
• Fluent English; French or another international language is a strong advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence without direct authority.
