German‑Speaking Google Ads Account Manager – Barcelona

About the role

Join a dynamic digital‑marketing team in Barcelona, supporting German‑market clients with Google Ads campaigns. Working on a hybrid schedule, you will act as a strategic consultant, helping high‑potential businesses adopt our solutions, reduce churn, and uncover growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and build effective pay‑per‑click (PPC) campaigns.
• Conduct daily outbound calls to pitch, sell, and upgrade services.
• Define client objectives and design sustainable campaign strategies.
• Maintain and regularly update the CRM system with detailed account information.
• Track key performance metrics, translate data into optimisation recommendations.
• Advise clients on funnel integration, landing‑page design, target audiences and creative testing.
• Gather market intelligence and share insights on product capabilities and competitors.

Required profile

• Fluent German with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience in digital advertising or Google Ads account management.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and drive product adoption.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on reducing churn and expanding accounts.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating with a multicultural team.
