Financial Regulatory Reporting & Audit Expert

About the role

As the Financial Regulatory Reporting & Audit Expert at Satispay, you will ensure rigorous financial reporting, regulatory compliance and audit excellence for our Luxembourg entities. You will work closely with internal and external auditors and senior management to maintain high-quality financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Lead coordination with co‑outsourced internal audit function and external auditors, from planning to delivery, and track audit findings to remediation.
• Provide senior stakeholder reporting on audit progress and oversee completion of audit action plans.
• Conduct monthly analytical reviews of balance sheets and P&L for Luxembourg entities, ensuring data accuracy.
• Quality‑review annual accounts of Luxembourg Group companies under Lux GAAP.
• Own the regulatory and legal filing schedule with the CSSF and other bodies, meeting deadlines and supporting new reporting requirements.
• Design and implement controls around financial and regulatory reporting, driving efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor CSSF circulars, AML/CFT developments and PSF regulatory changes and translate them into actionable steps.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of audit experience in a Big 4 or comparable firm with a strong financial audit focus.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Management or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory framework (CSSF circulars, PSF, AML/CFT).
• Experience auditing or working within Support PSFs, e‑money institutions or investment firms.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
