Financial Controller – Remote, up to €85k/year

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Financial Controller to join a dynamic commercial company in Luxembourg. The role offers a high degree of autonomy, allowing you to influence financial strategy while working remotely or in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse financial performance, ensuring accurate cost control and insightful reporting.
• Lead the budgeting process, including detailed cost analysis to support business strategy.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement financial optimisation measures.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, contributing to strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a controlling or financial analysis role within Luxembourg.
• Fluent in English and German; Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills, independence and a proactive mindset.
• Team‑oriented with a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
