Financial Controller – Global Industrial Leader

About the role
Join a world‑renowned industrial leader in Luxembourg City as a Financial Controller. You will support financial performance, provide strategic insights and help optimise reporting processes within a fast‑moving, multicultural environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare budgets, perform variance analysis and produce monthly/quarterly financial reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators and deliver strategic insights for executive decision‑making.
- Contribute to the improvement of financial steering tools and streamline data workflows.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and coordinate audits with external auditors.
Required profile
- Previous experience in the industrial sector (highly desired).
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Audit.
- Full professional fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP.

- Salary range €45,000‑€50,000 gross per year.
