Event Host/Hostess – Professional Reception & Representation

About the role

AC Private is seeking elegant and professional hosts/hostesses to represent the company at corporate events, seminars, and receptions. You will be the first point of contact, creating a warm and memorable impression for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with distinction, manage arrivals and departures.
• Guide participants through event spaces, providing clear information.
• Serve drinks and canapés gracefully, handling special requests.
• Maintain impeccable attire and adhere to the host company's dress code.
• Collaborate closely with the event team to ensure smooth logistics.

Required profile

• Excellent small‑talk skills and ability to adapt tone to different audiences.
• Bilingual English appreciated.
• Neat appearance, calm voice, and composure under pressure.
• Experience in events, hospitality, or luxury service is highly recommended.
