ETF Content and Marketing Specialist

About the role

Nordea Asset Management is building its active ETF presence across Europe and needs a specialist to shape the brand and create compelling, retail‑focused communication. You will join the Strategic Product & Solutions Marketing team within the Institutional and Wholesale Distribution (IWD) unit, working on a fast‑growing, multimedia‑rich initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Support the growth of NAM’s ETF brand by designing and delivering marketing initiatives for European markets.
• Develop clear, compelling messaging for active ETFs aimed at retail investors, advisory channels, and digital platforms.
• Create and maintain high‑quality content such as campaign material, web copy, social media posts, press releases, articles, newsletters, flyers, market insights and sales support tools.
• Translate complex product and financial information into accessible, engaging formats for non‑specialist audiences.
• Collaborate with distribution partners and internal teams to ensure consistent brand representation.

Required profile

• Marketing professional, content creator or financial writer with a passion for making financial topics easy to understand.
• Experience in asset management, financial media, retail banking, insurance, or related fields where you have produced content for retail investors or advisory channels.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment.
