E-Commerce Internship

About the role

Join the E‑Commerce department of LuxairAirlines as an intern and support the development of digital sales channels across web, mobile apps and online advertising. You will work closely with the team to ensure high‑quality customer experiences and contribute to data‑driven marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing e‑commerce projects, helping to launch and optimise web, mobile and advertising campaigns.
• Manage client feedback and complaints while maintaining quality standards across digital touchpoints.
• Assist with sales campaigns, e‑CRM actions and integrated online promotions.
• Support SEO strategies and continuous improvement of online content.
• Monitor Google Analytics data and provide sales‑focused insights.
• Produce editorial copy for websites and promotional materials.
• Conduct market benchmarking and research to identify new online sales opportunities.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to the E‑Commerce team and act as a functional backup when needed.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with high energy, able to multitask and prioritize without compromising quality.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Analytical mindset comfortable working with data and sales analytics.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Fluent in English; German and/or French are a strong asset, additional languages a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools and applications.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics for performance monitoring.
