Director, Valuations

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Valuations to join our dynamic Deal Advisory team in Luxembourg. You will lead a variety of valuation, M&A and corporate advisory projects while supporting business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead work streams on M&A, valuation and other corporate advisory engagements.
• Prepare detailed financial models, conduct financial analysis and apply diverse valuation methodologies.
• Draft clear client reports, information memoranda and other deliverables.
• Guide and coach junior advisers and managers.
• Identify new business opportunities, pitch to clients and prepare proposals.
• Network and maintain relationships with clients and the firm’s international network.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Corporate Finance or Investment Banking.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• Advanced valuation and financial modelling expertise.
• Excellent report writing abilities.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to spot business development opportunities.
• Fluent in English; French and/or German preferred.
