DevOps Engineer – Supervising Associate (Digital Factory)

About the role

EY’s Digital Factory is looking for a Supervising Associate to design, implement, and maintain the platforms, pipelines, and automation that enable reliable delivery of digital products. You will work across the software delivery lifecycle, improving CI/CD capabilities, cloud operations, and platform reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Infrastructure as Code.
• Support cloud platform operations, including environment setup, scaling, monitoring, and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, security teams, and project managers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Define deployment strategies, release processes, branching models, and environment management practices.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Support containerized and cloud‑native workloads, including orchestration and runtime configuration.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, cloud, and operational standards.
• Troubleshoot build, deployment, infrastructure, and production issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and promote a DevOps culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience as a DevOps, Platform, or Cloud Engineer in software delivery environments.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure.

• CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, Ansible.
• Containerization & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Scripting/automation: Bash, PowerShell.
