Data Architect – Enterprise Data & Analytics

About the role

Quintet Private Bank is looking for a visionary Data Architect Specialist to join its newly created Group Data & Analytics Office. You will shape the enterprise data architecture, align it with business objectives, and drive data‑driven innovation across the wealth‑management business.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the Data & Analytics strategy and ensure the architecture supports strategic goals.
• Design scalable, agile, interoperable and secure data platforms and pipelines, integrating structured, unstructured and real‑time sources.
• Develop and enforce best practices for data modeling, metadata management, semantic layer design and data integration.
• Optimize data flows between core banking systems, CRM, analytics tools and regulatory reporting solutions.
• Implement a cloud‑native Master Data Management solution to guarantee data consistency and governance.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise‑wide data architectures, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of data governance, MDM and regulatory data requirements.
• Ability to lead technical teams and influence senior business stakeholders.
