Cybersecurity IT Service Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Service & Project Manager to join the Cronos Europa team. In this position you will act as the bridge between technical service owners, business stakeholders, and clients, ensuring our cybersecurity service catalogue is mature, consistent, and continuously improved.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to align and mature service offerings.
• Gather and structure business needs into projects and programmes, defining objectives, deliverables, and roadmaps.
• Maintain and enhance the Service Catalogue covering cybersecurity, infrastructure, and platform services.
• Define, negotiate, and manage SLAs and OLAs, monitoring performance against targets.
• Lead service implementation projects and integrate the catalogue into ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Oversee procurement, contract lifecycle, and vendor management for technologies and services.
• Act as the main point of contact for vendors, handling renewals, escalations, and feature requests.
• Support the implementation and maturity of ITIL/ITSM processes and produce clear technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Business Management or related field.
• Proven experience in IT service management and project/programme delivery, preferably in a cybersecurity or infrastructure environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; French is a strong asset.

• Project and programme management (PRINCE2, PM2 or similar).
• ServiceNow ITSM platform.
• Microsoft Project.
• Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
